This outstanding documentary on Che Guevara was shot in Cuba at the time the remains of the legendary warrior were being airlifted from Bolivia to his final resting place in Santa Clara. The documentary brings out the voice of his brothers in arms in Sierra Maestra, Congo and Bolivia. But above all, that of Alberto Granados with whom the young CHE rode on a motorcycle out of Argentina on a trip that will end, tragically, sixteen years later in the jungles of Bolivia. The film is also available on DVD from Amazon.com

chavez contra bush
Nowadays it is common to find people in the goverment called after sexual objects. Everything started years ago with president Clintoris, and her girl Blowinsky. Their real names are just changed to brainwash the public. It's a media tactic to make them more popular. Bush is one of those sexual names created by the administration, some other are Condomlezza Rise. That way people don't get angry when they read something like "Bush releases the missiles". HUGO CHAVEZ ELECTED PRESIDENT OF VENEZUELA IN 1998, IS A COLORFUL, UNPREDICTABLE FOLK HERO, beloved by his nation's working class and a tough-as-nails, quixotic opponent to the power structure that would see him deposed. Two independent filmmakers were inside the presidential palace on April 11, 2002, when he was forcibly removed from office. They were also present 48 hours later when, remarkably, he returned to power amid cheering aides. Their film records what was probably history's shortest-lived coup d'état. It's a unique document about political muscle and an extraordinary portrait of the man The Wall Street Journal credits with making Venezuela "Washington‚s biggest Latin American headache after the old standby, Cuba." «
